I grabbed a prepared meal from here and it was exactly what I needed...healthy, tasty, and well-balanced. I had chicken with sweet potato mash, roasted beets, and green beans. Great high-protein, nutritious option.

So many great options and the space was newly built. Real clean and modern.

Specifically wanted to thank Carlos who was nice enough to run to the back and find a chocolate protein shake since they were out on the shelf and only had Strawberry. Itβs the little things - thank you!

I called in at 5pm on a Saturday, an hour before they closed, and they still had lots and lots of salads and fresh products (see pic of some the salads). It's a small store but there were all manner of large salads, proteins and meal options. The prices were excellent: $11 for a large Greek salad, $14 for a large Cobb salad, $17 for a large tuna salad, and so on. A hidden gem. And yes it's open to the public even though the club itself isn't.

East Bank Clubs food shop offers a outstanding selection of food and drink. First of all the prepared food shop is located in the lobby. This means itβs open to the general public not members only! They have a excellent daily selection of prepared foods. Everything from Salmon, stuffed peppers and spicy tofu and its easy to pickup dinner on the way home. They always have several vegetarian dishes that are delicious. Their bottled Wine selection is outstanding and priced reasonably. Itβs nice to stop in at noon to grab the lunch special. Pick from a wide selection of sandwiches tuna, turkey, ham or vegetarian. Choose a apple or banana and a large water. Itβs the Best Buy. A great selection of the latest healthy foods and yes the do have a selection of chocolates. Ask the front desk for a East Bank Club tour it is one of the best clubs in the country. Enjoy!
